If it still doesn't work, go to this link, enter your laptop's full model number (for example A315-55) and see if there's a Win11 touchpad driver listed. If not, download and install iobit's DriverBooster freeware to see if it can find a new driver on line.
Tinkerer. April 2020 edited October 26. After the upgrade from Windows Home to Windows 10 pro the touchpad doesn't work. I tried to install the acer drivers for touchpad whithout success. The touchpad is not present in Device Manager: System Device, Mouse or Pointer, Human Interface Device (HID). In the BIOS also the Touchpad line is not present.
Hello, I just bought my new acer laptop and I can´t use the touchpad. I tried: 1-Installing Serial I/O And Touchpad Drivers 2- Went to the BIOS to change touchpad conf, but I can´t find any laptop Option. 3- Went to device settings in W10 but I can´t find anything like mouse or laptop. Thank you.
